Our policy is 28 days for a refund. If 28 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in the original packaging with labels in place.
If your order does not get to you in 2o to 25 working days from date of shipment you will be entitled to a full free of charge reship.
After 20 to 25 working days if your order has not been delivered simply email us [email protected] & we can arrange the reshipment of your order.
We only replace / exchange items if they are faulty or damaged. You will need to contact us [email protected] to arrange to send the item back with all original packaging.
If you have made a order but wish to cancel then please contact us right away. If the order has not yet been shipped we maybe able to issue a refund & cancel the shipment. If the order has been shipped you will not be able to cancel.
